What will you do?

  • Lead as point of contact for your portfolio of clients in answering high requests
  • Involve in new project pitching by providing expertise and draft effective proposals
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions and services according to clients’ needs and objectives
  • Coordinate all organizational project matters and manage all daily project management issues
  • Understand the issues and pain points facing our strategic accounts and researching and executing scalable solutions
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and further value add for the client
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Interact closely with team members from 3D Content, Sales and Marketing for lead generation, content management/creation
  • Develop strong relationships with suppliers 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an operational sales or account management role
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions
  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Capable of developing and implementing plans and strategy
  • Good project management and problem-solving skills, with strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to manage and motivate the team
  • Proficiency in both English and French is a plus
  • Knowledge in the use of Clickup, pipedrive preferred
